That means in essence do you have the soft skills necessary to immediately contribute and enhance the workplace now? Colleges and universities appear to be doing a good job preparing students for the technical side of the work environment - hard skills, but that's only half the job. Soft skills on the other hand are those interpersonal skills that help the workplace grow - the human half.
